  • What is a coffee subscription?

    A coffee subscription is a monthly shipment of fresh roasted coffee delivered straight to your door! You can choose one to four bags, what kind of roasts you like, and any grinding preference, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • When does my subscription ship?

    In order to ensure that we are always shipping the freshest roasted coffee we can, we ship all online orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the order cutoff being noon the day before shipping. Once your subscription processes each month it will be shipped the following Tuesday or Friday, whichever comes first.

  • Can I pick up my subscription?

    Yes! If you would like to pick up your subscription at our Strip District location each month just put add a note when you’re checking out. If your subscription is not already eligible for free shipping then send an email to orders@defer.coffee and we’ll send you a discount code to remove the shipping cost.

  • How can I view my subscription information?

    You can log in to your account at defer.coffee/account/login and view your past orders and next scheduled shipment.

  • Can I pause my subscription?

    Yes, simply email orders@defer.coffee and let us which day you’d like to pause your subscription until!

  • How can I change my coffee subscription preferences?

    Want to change your grind size, change the kind of coffee you’re getting, or have a special request? Just email orders@defer.coffee. Feel free to include your favorite animal. Nothing to do with your subscription, we just like to draw stuff on the boxes :)

  • How can I change the number of bags I get each month?

    Go to your account login, cancel your current subscription, then resubscribe to the new subscription you would like!

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Go to your account login, select the subscription you would like to cancel, and then click the button at the bottom of the page.
