  • How do I get local delivery?

    Great question! Simply go about checking out as you usually would. Once you enter your shipping address and zip code, our site will recognize you live in our delivery area and automatically select local delivery for you. If you do not wish to use local delivery, feel free to select shipping or pickup!

  • What areas are eligible for local delivery?

    The current zip codes we include for local delivery are: 15212, 15214, 15209, 15223, 15215, 15222, 15219, 15261, 15210, 15224, 15213, 15261, 15260, 15217, 15208, 15201, 15206, 15208, 15203, 15210, 15220, 15216, 15226, 15205, 15211 and 15221.

  • How often are local deliveries made?

    Local deliveries are made every Friday, starting around noon. To have your order included in that delivery day, just make sure to order before Thursday at 11:59pm!

  • I currently have a subscription and want to change it to local delivery, can I do that?

    Of course! Just send an email to orders@defer.coffee and we'll help get you set up for local delivery.

  • Why local delivery?

    Local deliveries reduce the need to rely on shipping companies to deliver across town, lessens the use of cardboard boxes that often go to waste, and is a great way to make sure your coffee and retail items get to your door safely!
