From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend (5/27-9/3), our Troy Hill location will be serving up waffles till sell out on Saturdays & Sundays.

Before the pandemic, we served delicious buckwheat waffles—crispy and light as air with a really complex flavor from the yeast and buckwheat. We had to put them on hold during COVID because they don’t transport well, then we lost the space we had for the waffle press to a big bad toaster.

We’ve gotten MANY requests to bring them back over the years, but we needed more space. Now that we have our Troy Hill location, we are thrilled to announce a regularly-occurring waffle-centric event with our traditional buckwheat and also Vegan option as well!

We’ll also run a limited brunch style cocktail menu to pair with waffles!
