Pump Street Chocolate
Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast in Englad. After mastering naturally-leavened bread, they ventured into making chocolate from beans they import directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world.
Current varieties are:
Rye Crumb Milk & Sea Salt (60% Ecuador): One of the most unique (and best) chocolates we’ve ever had. Tiny bits of delicious crunch? yes please.
Sourdough & Sea Salt (66% Ecuador): Who knew something as simple as tiny crunchy bread crumbs could take chocolate next level. They did.
Oat Milk (60% Ecuador): dariy free, made with Scottish oats. Nice fudgy texture, melts to release scent of cinnamon, mellow nuttiness and flavors of sweet cream.
