Bolivia: 75% Native cocoa, a single annual harvest. Notes of grilled hazelnuts, caramelized, very slightly smoked almonds.

Chuao: 74% Aromatic perfection with notes of hazelnuts, just sour and bitterness of red fruits. Long finish, its fragrance blends notes of dried fruits like figs or agrume. A great “Grand Cru” from Venezuela.

Ecuador: 75% Well roasted dried fruits aroma, then, mellow notes of orange blossom, jasmine flowers and roses petals.
