Sundried-processing creates a fruit forward coffee, but relatively low acid makes this coffee much sweeter and more chocolatey than a lot of the other fruit-forward coffees we’ve roasted. Think of very sweet ripe fruit, but a clean, sweet, cocoa-like finish. Delicious and appealing to nearly every coffee drinker we’ve sampled with.

Tiny country, larger-than-life reputation (at least when it comes to coffee) for good reason. El Salvador's unique, mountainous terrain creates lots of unique micro climates perfectly suited for high-end coffee. What we love about this coffee is that it achieves remarkable balance, while remaining an exciting coffee to drink. It's super sweet and fruity, with big body--yet very light and clean in finish. It definitely tastes of fruit, but with a chocolatey backbone that leaves you looking for more. It's bright, yet mellow enough to drink all year (and all day for that matter). This is a coffee that we can confidently recommend to the biggest fan of super-bright African coffees and fans of chocolatey Central-Americans alike--and chances are both will be delighted.
