Special occasions call for special coffees. This is a sparkling, nano-lot that shows how great Colombian coffee can be. Ultra-sweet and creamy, balanced by a bright and juicy citrus-like acidity.  We were able to score enough to release 40 bags. Feliz Navidad!

MORE ABOUT THIS COFFEE

This comes from Jose Cristobal Melo Higidio's 6 acre farm-which he inherited from his father in 2008. Jose has worked in coffee his entire life and it shows. Coffee is harvested ripe several times over the course of the three month harvest season. It is depulped the day it is picked then dry-fermented for 24 hours. After being washed twice, it is dried for 14-15 days in parabolic dryers.
