This a great example of the complex flavor and bold texture that Huila is known for. Extremely aromatic—with notes of chocolate and toffee backed by a grapefruit-like acidity—this is a coffee that should appeal to coffee lovers of all types—and for good reason. Roast lightly to preserve acidity and flavor, this coffee still has a ton of body and depth. It is easy-drinking, exciting and all-around delicious.

MORE ABOUT THIS COFFEE
Narino's unique geography--steep slopes and deep valleys creates a very unique set of microclimates particularly well suited for the type of bright, juicy, ultra-sweet coffee that Narino has become famous for. Warm air, collected in the valleys during the day, rolls up the mountains at night--allowing coffee to thrive at higher elevations that elsewhere in Colombia--as high as 2,200 meters above sea level--resulting the complexity and deliciousness.
This is a collection of top coffee from small, regional growers.
