This coffee is soft, rich and chocolaty–just as you’d expect from a naturally processed Brazilian—but with a raisin-like sweetness. Nothing earthy going on here, it’s all chocolate, vanilla and fruit, perhaps with a dash of hazelnut. Lower acid than most of our other coffees, this is an easy, all-day drinker. Medium/dark roast for nice body and a lingering finish–it’s plenty mellow enough to drink on it’s own, but it can take a dash of cream too.
